RETURNS POLICY:

Since every letter and item is made to order, they are not eligible for the 14-day cooling-off period that applies for goods sold in Europe. 

You can however cancel your subscription by the last day of each month, to avoid further deliveries and charges the following month. Once cancelled, you will no longer receive letters. If your subscription is cancelled after the last day of the month (so from the 1st onwards) you will receive one last letter the following month, but no more after.
