About me
Hi, I’m Jenny!
I’m 33 and live in the beautiful south of Germany. I was diagnosed with ADHD in early 2025, about two years after having my first child — a time when everything that had always felt a bit hard suddenly became a lot harder.
Motherhood changed everything for me. The routines, the overwhelm, the constant mental noise — it all felt impossible to keep up with. And while I love my little one endlessly, I often felt like I was failing at everything else. Nobody around me really understood what was going on inside my head — the racing thoughts, the guilt, the endless to-do lists that never seem to end along with some regular executive dysfunction. It was exhausting and lonely.
Then, one day in October 2025, I stumbled across the world of snail mail. People were sending real letters filled with art prints, stickers, and tiny treasures — creating connection and community through paper and personal, real stories. I loved the idea instantly.
But I couldn’t help thinking… where was the version for us? The girls and women with ADHD. The ones trying to hold everything together while their minds run a mile a minute. The ones craving a moment of calm, connection, and something real in between the chaos.
That’s how Messy Minds Mail Club was born — a cozy, judgment-free space for women with busy, beautiful brains - and without the sugarcoating. Because let's face it: ADHD is anything but romantic.
Each envelope is filled with warmth, humor, and a little bit of chaos — a handwritten letter, art prints, stickers, magnets, and tiny reminders that you’re not alone in this.
Because sometimes, the best dopamine hit isn’t another scroll through your phone — it’s a real letter from someone who gets it.
