What is Messy Minds Mail Club?

Messy Minds Mail Club is a monthly snail mail subscription created for women with ADHD. Each month, you’ll receive a cozy envelope filled with a personal letter and a mix of things like art prints, postcards, bookmarks, stickers or magnets — five little reminders that you’re not alone in the chaos.

 

When will my mail arrive?

All envelopes are packed with love and sent out don the first day of each month. Depending on where you live, your mail may take a few days to 1–2 weeks to arrive (sometimes a bit longer for international addresses).

 

What’s inside each envelope?

Each month brings a different theme, but you’ll always receive five items — always a personal handwritten-style letter and a mix of goodies like an art print, a postcard, a bookmark, and stickers or a magnet. Every piece is designed to make you smile, feel understood, and add a bit of cozy chaos to your day.

 

How does the subscription work?

When you join, you’ll be charged right away for your first envelope. After that, your subscription renews automatically every month until you decide to pause or cancel — no strings attached, just happy mail when you want it.

 

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime! You can easily pause or cancel your subscription through your account or by sending me a quick email. You’re always in control — no guilt, no hassle. Please do note that the cut-off date for pauses or cancellations is the 15th of each month. If you pause or cancel by the 15th, you will not receive a letter the following month. If you pause or cancel after the 15th, you will receive one more letter, but no more after that.

 

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Because each envelope is made to order and curated especially for you, I’m not able to offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
If something arrives damaged or missing, please contact me within 14 days and I’ll make it right — promise.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I currently ship worldwide — shipping costs are always included in your subscription, no extra fees. Delivery times vary depending on location. Within Europe, the delivery usually takes place within a week. Outside of Europe the delivery time is usually 2-3 weeks.

 

Do I need to have ADHD to join?

Not at all! Messy Minds Mail Club is for anyone who feels a little scattered, creative, or simply loves a cozy moment of connection. If you have a busy brain, you belong here.

 

Can I gift a subscription?

Absolutely! You can gift a subscription that runs for as long as you want — it’s the sweetest surprise for a friend who needs a little joy in her mailbox. Simply enter the correct shipping address when checking out.
